• Preferred with renovation sales experience & products.
• Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
• Deliver presentations on company products.
• Communicate well with the company production department.
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with Interior designers and end-user customers.
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort. Experience with MCST of Condominium is a plus.
• Active participation in the strategic planning process, including developing promotions, sharing of market intel, and the customer's feedback and requirements.
• Communicate effectively among inter-department to ensure successful service delivery.
• Customer excellence in achieving customers satisfaction and referral of businesses.
