Job Responsibilities

• Perform demonstrations for customers and teach them how to use the company's products or services.
• Overcome objections and negotiate with leads.
• Collect contact details of leads and share them with other sales representatives where appropriate.
• Maintain a database of prospective clients interested in the company's products or services, identifying new trends and technologies that affect the sale of goods and services.
• Sell and promote goods and services.
• Update customer information on Skynamo.
• Log calls on Skynamo as per required standard.
• Liaise with internal support to email quotations to customers.
• Maintain customer contracts and any other relevant information on Skynamo.
• Complete new business and lost business reports and submit to manager on a monthly basis, as well as any other reporting required.
