Sales Incentive Plan Manager EMEA
Come join a fantastic team! As the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) Manager (d/f/m) for our commercial EMEA team, you will partner with Senior Leaders, both Global & Regional, to design & execute our Sales Incentive Plan, look for opportunities to improve the overall process, and find opportunities to align the behaviors of our Sales Team to the overall strategy of Leica Microsystems. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a wide range of functions to collaboratively improve the tools and administer the process.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and improve the SIP for the EMEA organization
  • Own Sales Incentive Plan Daily Management & Standard Work, including improvement and maintenance of our Salesforce.com tool
  • Define SIP roadmap while improving processes & IT tools to support SIP management
