Job Description
- Understanding client's requirements prior to commencement of design work
- Responsible for all design, space planning and conceptualization of ideas (color scheme and materials)
- Preparation of proposals for design work (sketches and design work)
- Drafting of quotations and work schedule to clients
- Project management overseeing entire project workflow
- Liaising between clients, contractors and vendors from start till project completion
- Develop and prepare drawings and designs from initial ideas, sketches, specification sheets
- Drafting of carpentry detailed drawings using relevant software
- Understanding and communicate consequences of designs
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Sales driven, proactive and meticulous, able to work independently, good presentation skills
