Sales Lead

Mandate Summary

We are seeking a Sales Lead Water Team to lead revenue growth, profitability, customer expansion, and

operational discipline for the Water business. The role is accountable for delivering topline sales, margin

targets, new business development, customer retention, receivables control (DSO), and continuous

improvement initiatives aligned to organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver assigned revenue targets and maintain planned gross margins to ensure profitable growth.

Drive new product and new business growth in line with the annual plan, including adding new

customers and building revenue from them.

Retain key accounts contributing around 25% of total revenue and strengthen long term customer

relationships.

Lead pricing and commercial negotiations to protect margins and improve conversion rates.
