Overview

The Sales Manager – Additives will be responsible for promoting and selling a diverse range of paints and coatings additives such as EPOCURE, MAXXPOL, LUBRIZOL, and other specialty chemical products across the Mexico market. This role focuses on driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Promotion

  • Promote and sell additives, paints, and coatings products including EPOCURE, MAXXPOL, LUBRIZOL, etc.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic account management and market expansion.

2. New Business Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market footprint.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
