Responsibilities:
Leading sales team members to achieve sales targets.
Implementing effective direct sales strategies.
Providing sales management, controlling the budget, and supporting sales activities.
Establishing effective relationships with customers and collaborating with other departments.
Training and coaching the sales team to improve sales performance and productivity.
Being able to do other assignments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sciences, Engineering, or a similar relevant field.
