Overview
TASC Outsourcing is hiring for 2 hunter-mindset sales roles across our UAE operations — TASC Professional & Enterprise and AIQU. Both are pure new‑business roles: no farming, no account management. Your job is to win new clients and grow revenue.
Responsibilities
Own new client acquisition across UAE/GCC staffing and workforce solutions. Build pipeline, close deals, and hand off cleanly to delivery teams.
TASC Professional & Enterprise Role
- 5-7 years hunter‑role experience in staffing/recruitment/workforce solutions (mandatory)
- Proven new‑logo track record in UAE/GCC B2B markets
- Reports to AVP Professional & Enterprise
AIQU Role
- 5-7 years hunter‑role experience in staffing/workforce solutions (mandatory)
- Proven new‑client acquisition in a competitive B2B environment
- Reports to AVP/VP Sales
- Senior track available for the right candidate
