Oversee and manage all activities of the Sales Department, including the Companys banquet operations and external catering services. Manage the sales team and assume responsibility for growth targets and revenue objectives within the banquet segment, including parties, events, meetings, and conferences. Work closely with the Management Team to develop strategic sales plans and propose innovative ideas to drive business growth. Proactively identify, establish, and maintain relationships to expand the customer base. Participate in the development and delivery of customer support activities and services.
