Job Description

What are your key accountabilities?

  • Planning how to establish and maintain major account relationships in Vietnam and sell the full line of products and services (Premixes and Feed Additives); developing innovative sales approaches in Vietnam (main based in North VN)

  • Uncovering the crucial needs and requirements of the customer, linking this to relevant Trouw Nutrition solutions and products and, finally, closing deals

  • Being the ‘spider in the web’ between accounts and Trouw Nutrition; proactively aligning demands and expectations of the customer with the internal organization and all relevant stakeholders in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction

  • End to end responsibility for the total portfolio; organic & hydroxy trace minerals, feed milling efficiency programs, mycotoxins, gut health programs, phytogenics, young animal nutrition solutions, vitamin and mineral...
