It is a hunter role  centered on acquiring new clients, securing deals, and fostering long-term account development . 
Requirements  
  Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new IT services & staffing clients  throughout the Indian market. 
Market and sell resource augmentation, contract staffing, and project-based IT services . 
Manage the complete sales cycle
