Sales manager

Requirements Minimum 5 years management role leading a team. Marketing and/or Life Sciences/Chemical Engineering degree. A good understanding of pricing structures and managing networking capital would be advantageous. Required to travel when required. Responsibilities Manage and develop all sales activities of the sales team across the Consumer Division. Support and manage relationships with key customers and principals. Manage sales pricing and margins effectively. Work with the Technical team to assist in product development initiatives and customer product support. Prepare sales budget annually as required. Drive Working platform. Ensure Budget is met monthly and forecasting is accurate for a 3-year view. Manage 1-2 key Accounts.
