The Role

Are you a proven leader in life insurance sales? We’re looking for a Sales Manager who will:

• Recruit, lead, and develop a team of high-performing Financial Advisors
• Drive strategy, sales activity, and team development
• Lead by example in hitting targets and maintaining professionalism
• Represent the values of ELIA and Insular Life with integrity and care

What We Offer

• Commission-based income with monthly allowance depending on your background and final interview results:
