To further ensure and grow our sales department in LATAM, we are currently looking for a Sales Manager. As the Sales Manager you will lead a team of Territory Account Executives for the portfolio of NSF's Service offerings and ensuring sales goals and quotas are met.
Responsibilities
Key Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead a team of LATAM Territory Account Executives for the Food, ISR, and Water business units
- Sales goal is the cumulative sales target for the team
- Responsible for sales leadership, people development, sales enablement, organizational excellence for all Territory Account Managers
- Provide direction & Leadership, training, development, and mentoring to the LATAM Sales team
- Assist in the growth of employees through training and career development activities.
- Recruit new team members as necessary
- Establish staff priorities and assignments
