Sales Manager

Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting a Sales Director on behalf of a food distribution company based in Makati City. The position will report directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for leading and driving the company’s overall sales performance across all applicable channels, with a strong focus on expanding and strengthening the Modern Trade business (supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience chains).

The ideal candidate is a commercially driven sales leader with extensive experience in FMCG or food distribution, strong Modern Trade expertise, and a proven track record in developing strategic customer partnerships, growing market share, and leading high-performing sales teams.
