Responsibilities:
Business ownership: You drive revenue, margin and sustainable growth of the Polyurethane business across the DACH region.
Sales strategy: You develop and execute the regional sales strategy in line with the European growth plan and expand the sales territory.
Team leadership: You lead, coach and develop the regional sales team and guide distributors and agents to achieve commercial targets.
Key account management: You build and expand strategic customer relationships and negotiate with decision-makers and senior management.
