Responsibilities
- Own the full acquisition funnel: sourcing, pitching, onboarding, and activation
- Lead field teams and ensure consistent on-ground execution
- Hit and exceed monthly acquisition and activation targets
- Identify and unlock new acquisition channels and growth opportunities
- Optimize conversion rates and reduce time-to-activation
Qualifications
- Strong background in sales, expansion, or high-volume acquisition
- Proven track record of hitting targets
- Experience working with fleets, vehicles, or asset-heavy supply is a strong advantage
- Highly competitive, results-driven, and hands‑on
- Comfortable being on the ground and leading field teams
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
