Role Overview
The HVAC Sales Manager – UAE is responsible for leading an Outside Sales team to achieve order and revenue targets, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence across the UAE HVAC Retrofit Business. This role includes strategy development, team leadership, business development, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute country-wide sales strategies to meet forecasts and annual targets.
- Prospect and forecast monthly and create actionable plans to achieve revenue objectives.
- Remain aware of market developments and competitor activities to inform strategy.
