Job Description:

  1. Take full responsibility for the revenue performance and target achievement of the assigned product category, ensuring annual sales targets are met.
  2. Manage PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) throughout the full product lifecycle of the assigned category to ensure healthy inventory and supply flow.
  3. Market Strategy Planning: Develop GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies and plans for AIoT products based on market research and competitive analysis; identify target customer segments, core selling points, and market entry strategies.
  4. Product Launch Execution: Lead new product launch activities, including timeline planning, resource coordination, budget management, and channel management.
  5. Data Analysis and Feedback: Collect and analyze market data, sales data, and consumer feedback to optimize GTM strategies; track market trends and adjust marketing plans in a timely manner.
