We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead the sales function at Elderswell, one of our established villages within the Inspired Villages portfolio. We’re driven by a clear purpose: to build real communities that enhance the lives of our residents every single day.
As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of driving performance in new home sales, rentals, relets, and part-exchange, working closely with the Village Manager to ensure Elderswell is well positioned in the local market. You will lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve and sustain high levels of occupancy, while delivering an exceptional customer journey across both Independent Living and Assisted Living properties.
