Sales & Marketing Coordinator

You’ll step into a flagship Eastern Suburbs office supporting a successful sales team, keeping campaigns, listings and deals moving smoothly from start to finish.
This is a role for someone who is proactive, polished, switched on and genuinely enjoys being the go-to support behind a fast-paced team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the full admin process across listings, campaigns and sales
Prepare proposals, agency agreements, pre-list kits and sales documentation
Coordinate photography, floorplans, signboards, brochures and online marketing
Liaise with vendors, solicitors and suppliers to keep campaigns on track
Support auctions, buyer appointments, OFIs and day-to-day sales activity
