KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full admin process across listings, campaigns and sales

  • Prepare proposals, agency agreements, pre-list kits and sales documentation

  • Coordinate photography, floorplans, signboards, brochures and online marketing

  • Liaise with vendors, solicitors and suppliers to keep campaigns on track

  • Support auctions, buyer appointments, OFIs and day-to-day sales activity
