Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize online sales operations on TikTok Shop , Facebook, Instagram, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Plan, execute, and monitor e-commerce marketing campaigns , promotions, and product launches.
- Handle product listings, pricing, inventory coordination, and order fulfillment tracking
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages professionally and promptly
- Coordinate and assist in live selling , online promotions, and influencer/affiliate campaigns
