RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain CRM data quality (e.g., account, contact,opportunityand activity hygiene) and define standards for consistentusage.

  • Own pipeline reporting and governance (stage definitions, close dates, next steps), supporting weekly/monthly salescadence.

  • Produce regular and ad-hoc performance reporting (pipeline, bookings/revenue, conversion, activity) forstakeholders.

  • Track KPIs and targets (quota attainment, coverage, win rates), highlighting risks,gapsand opportunities foraction.

  • Support forecasting by analysing pipeline health,seasonalityand historical performance; challenge assumptions and documentdrivers.

  • Partner with Sales leaders to improve territory planning, quota set-up, coveragemodellingand capacityplanning.

  • Support deal processes (pricing, approvals, discount governance) and coordinate with Finance on policyadherence.
