Sales Operations Assistant

Primarily responsible for enabling smooth customer switching, and overall smooth and efficient operations of the Sales and Engagement Team by handling non-customer, third-party related matters and coordinating and administering sales operations and support activities.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Third-Party Engagement

1. Handles external relationships with non-customer, 3rd party partners, i.e. DU, PEZA, ERC, IEMOP, DOE to foster continuing mutual understanding, negotiate, communicate and fulfill requirements, and resolve problems quickly to support smooth marketing operations.

2. Administration of Sales Operations and Support Activities
