Job Description - Sales Operations Associate *******BR)- Job Number: ******BRRequisition Title : Sales Operations Associate**Description**:**Your team responsibilities**Sales Operations (Americas) provides front line operational support to Americas Coverage Team and other cross-functional teams within MSCI.The team operates during business hours in the US, Canada, and Latin America.The team is involved in the pre-sale and post-sale aspects across all business units primarily related to contract creation and management, product and service activation and deactivation, and deal management and reconciliation thru the firm's CRM platform, Salesforce.The team is also involved in multiple ad hoc projects covering process and system enhancements, project efficiency, and new product launches testing, among others.
