Sales Operations Specialist

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for customer demand and internal resources to achieve order delivery
2. Monitor and follow up on orders: In order to achieve order delivery target, monitor key material inventory and order production plans
3. Responsible for shipment, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of customer goods
4. Responsible for payment: payment request documents and payment tracking
5. Responsible for customer visit reception
