This role ensures seamless application and onboarding processes, coordinates with Product and Sales Operations teams, and drives timely issue resolution.

By equipping the sales team with the right tools, processes, and resources, the Sales Operations Associate plays a critical role in enabling business growth and delivering a smooth customer journey in a fast‑paced digital finance environment.

Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including handling application and onboarding‑related concerns.

Coordinate with Product and Sales Operations teams to ensure smooth application and order processing, tracking, and completion.
