We’re looking for a hands‑on Sales Operator to support the daily sales execution of a fast‑growing logistics tech company. This role is all about doing — reaching out, following up, organizing the pipeline, and helping move deals forward alongside the founder. If you enjoy outbound work, staying organized, and turning conversations into meetings, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

  • Execute daily outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, and other channels)
  • Identify and qualify potential clients
  • Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline
  • Book meetings and drive follow-ups consistently
  • Support the founder with day‑to‑day sales activities (prep, scheduling, next steps)
  • Keep CRM and tracking tools updated and organized
  • Ensure no opportunities are lost due to lack of follow‑up

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales / outbound / lead generation
