Manage Transnorm North America’s business operations (from Order Acceptance to Customer Delivery) including, but not limited to:

  • Lead SIOP (demand forecast, material forecast)
  • Tracking customer shipment dates
  • Prioritizing Customer Drop-In orders
  • Liaise with customer and ISC for missed deliveries
  • Execute Transnorm . Revenue Plan (SRO)
  • Leverage data and customer insights to execute business strategies that drive growth and profitability including, but not limited to:

  • Operational process improvements
  • Prioritization of site VE/CE projects
  • Margin Expansion
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction by:
