Sales Order Administrator（English speaking）-Karawang

(Ⅰ)Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for placing orders and following up on production;

2. Responsible for ensuring prompt goods delivery and payment collection;

3. Responsible for following up on quality, claims and after-sales issues and assisting to solve it;

4. Actively assisting in the project management, factory audit, customer reception and other related works, improving the satisfaction and loyalty of key account.

(Ⅱ)Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in international trade, economics, marketing or related discipline;

2. Be proficient in using English as working language, those with international trade work experience are preferred;

3. Possessing extensive knowledge of international trade, having a general familiarity with quotation, order taking, production follow-up, inspection, booking ships & warehouses and shipping;
