Sales Representative – B2 B Outbound (On-site) Alegro Industries — Guadalajara, Jalisco (100% On-site) | Full-time, Permanent Starting Base Salary: $15,000 MXN / month + Unlimited Commission (paid in USD) About the Role Alegro Industries is growing and we need hunters — people who pick up the phone, build their own pipeline, and close deals. This is a high-volume outbound B2 B sales role. You will not receive warm leads or a pre-built client list. You will prospect, qualify, and close from scratch. Cold calling is the core of this job, and if you have not done it consistently at volume for at least 3 years, this role is not for you. Experience in the industrial or MRO sector is a strong advantage, but we will consider driven candidates from any B2 B sector with a proven outbound track record.
