Sales Representative - BPO

We are looking for Sales Advisors to join our team in Cape Town, working on inbound and outbound sales with UK clients. The role includes responding to calls and general enquiries, meeting team KPIs, and participating in training and coaching programs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Operate inbound and outbound sales calls using campaign guidelines, scripts and systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a friendly, professional manner.
• Track targets and KPIs, maintaining high service standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share best practices during shifts.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve sales skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year sales experience in a BPO environment serving UK clients (essential).
