The products the company carries include decorative house paints, painting needs (brushes, rollers, sandpapers, masking tapes), welding rod, PVC pipes and fittings, PPE pipes and fittings, etc construction chemicals and materials.

Main Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with walk-in customers, and respond to those from calls, emails or online platforms
• Accommodates customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise and provides suggestions suitable for the customer's needs.
• Create the sales order and sales invoice for final customer purchases
• Collects and inputs payment received for the transaction - hybrid cashier role
• Performs other minor reporting and record keeping duties assigned
