Job Description

1. Sales Coordination & Support

Assist the Sales Team in preparing quotations, proposals, and cost estimates.

Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, requirements, and project updates.

Ensure timely submission of documents for bidding, accreditation, and project requirements.

Monitor and track all sales activities from inquiry to project closure.

2. Project & Client Monitoring

Maintain and update a centralized monitoring system for all ongoing and prospective projects.

Follow up with clients regarding proposals, approvals, and purchase orders (PO).

Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Engineering, Procurement) for project updates and requirements.

Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all client transactions.
