Sales Specialist

ResponsibilitiesConduct field sales visits to support distributor partners and expand retail presence in hardware and tool stores.
Identify and onboard new retail accounts (hardware stores, construction material retailers, etc.).
Train and educate store staff on product features, benefits, and sales techniques.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing feedback to the regional sales manager.Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.Prepare regular sales reports, including market insights, customer feedback, and progress updates.Build strong, long-term relationships with distributors and retail partners.Qualifications1+ years of field sales or retail channel development experience, preferably in hardware, tools, construction materials, or related industries.Demonstrated experience in retail store development, dealer/distributor support, or B2B sales.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
