Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products/services
• Promote and upsell items to meet sales targets
• Process transactions and handle inquiries professionally
• Maintain store or office organization and stock levels
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Collaborate with the team to achieve business goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Sales or customer service experience (a plus)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused
• Will­ing to work flexible shifts, including weekends
