Sales Supervisor

• Manage Inventory/Allocation/delivery of Products and Merch Materials.
• Ensure availability, replenishment and maintenance of sales tools.
• Target Setting and Forecasting.
• Ensure achievement of performance metrics.
• Willingness to do field work.
• Coaching and Training/People Development.
• Operational review/Update/Regular and Emergency meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a graduate of Business course, preferably Management/Sales.
• 1 to 2 years experience in managing Sales Person.
• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
• Superb leadership ability.
• Ability to travel and able to use motor vehicle.
