Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales processes and generate quotations for international logistics involving ship spare parts
- Prepare comprehensive quotes for air, sea FCL/LCL, and intermodal shipments; manage client rates and ensure accurate pricing/billing within ERP system (CargoWise)
- Negotiate competitive rates with carriers and airlines; secure shipment bookings and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, carrier relations) to facilitate seamless order processing and timely delivery
- Ensure optimal customer experience through effective collaboration and issue resolution
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Minimum Diploma
- Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping industry preferred
- Familiarity with CargoWise or other logistics ERP systems is a plus
