**Summary**
This position with be administratively supporting the Sales Department.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Maintain Dealership Inventory Files including gathering all paperwork from customer and/or internal departments, documenting in database, and closing files out.
+ Communicate directly with customers to obtain needed signatures for all paperwork.
