As a key link between customers, sales teams, and internal departments, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Managing order processing from entry to invoicing, ensuring both administrative and commercial accuracy

  • Monitoring execution conditions and ensuring on-time delivery

  • Acting as a main point of contact for customers across all communication channels

  • Handling outbound calls, follow-ups, and reminders

  • Actively contributing to customer development and retention within a long-term partnership approach




You will also support the company's digital transformation and ensure coordination with international teams.



  • Fluent in Dutch and French

  • Good command of English is a plus
