Sales Support Officer

Sales support is one of those roles where, when it is done well, everyone else looks mysteriously organised. Quotes are clean, vendors are chased, tickets are updated, orders move along, and nobody has to send a “just following up” email with the emotional weight of a hostage note.

First Focus is looking for a Sales Support Officer in the Philippines to support our Client Services team with quoting, procurement coordination, provisioning admin and vendor follow-up.
You will suit this role if you are organised, detail-focused, comfortable with technical products and services, and able to keep work moving without turning every small issue into a Manila traffic situation. You may also believe a well-built spreadsheet is a thing of quiet beauty, which is fine, we just recommend not opening with that at parties.
