In this role, you have the opportunity to provide customer support. You are a problem solver for all inquiries, including technical support as well as assistance with orders, delivery performance questions, and payments—to achieve the targeted goals regarding service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You implement the customer service strategy daily to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process.
