Job Scope

• Handles a sales team
• Monitor individual and team performances
• Drives and meets required sales quota together with the team
• Provides feedback to the team to improve performances
• Manages retention and attrition
• Attends sessions to maintain or enhance the level of skills of the members

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Healthcare, Customer Service, or related field (or equivalent sales experience).
• Proven sales background in HMO or Life Insurance , with strong client relationship skills
• Good understanding of insurance or healthcare concepts and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Experience using CRM or sales software is an advantage.
