Sales Trainer

Job Summary

The Sales Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to improve the sales team’s product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer engagement. This role also requires strong driving skills to effectively demonstrate vehicle features, conduct test drive training, and ensure sales staff are confident in presenting vehicles to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement sales training programs for new and existing sales personnel
• Conduct training on automotive products, specifications, features, and competitive advantages
• Train the sales team on effective selling techniques, negotiation skills, and customer handling
