About The Role We are looking for a Sales Training Data Analyst to sit at the intersection of data, sales operations, and people development. This is a role where you will aggregate and interpret data across our entire Training & Development ecosystem, from onboarding batches and QA scorecards to live call performance and CRM activity. What You Will Do Aggregate and analyze data across all training and sales performance sources
Identify performance gaps at the individual, cohort, and team level
Build weekly and monthly dashboards and reports for the T&D function and senior leadership
Present your findings directly, with clear recommendations, not just numbers
Collaborate with Training Specialists to prioritize where interventions are most needed
Track the impact of training programs over time and measure whether they are actually moving the needle
Flag early warning signals, reps at risk, cohorts falling behind, and patterns in call quality decline What We Are Looking...
