Overview
Salesforce Administrator – responsible for owning and operating Genedata’s Salesforce production environment, ensuring platform stability, security, compliance, and high‑quality day‑to‑day operations across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Finance processes. This position reports to the IT Business Applications Manager and is part of the IT Business Applications team, located in Basel, Switzerland, and is an on‑site role.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Own and manage the Salesforce production environment, ensuring stability, performance, and data integrity.
- Act as first point of contact for Salesforce incidents and service requests, managing the support queue and triage process.
