What You Will Do Day to Day
- Lead complex Salesforce solutions using advanced Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and Flows
- Develop scalable, enterprise-grade integrations
- Optimize performance, reduce technical debt, and refactor legacy components
- Conduct code reviews, define engineering standards, and mentor other developers
- Resolve critical incidents (Level 4), ensuring stability and quality in production
- Collaborate with Architects, Administrators, and Business Analysts to define technical solutions
- Participate in buy vs. build decisions, prototyping, and technical option analyses
- Ensure best practices for governance, security, testing, documentation, and compliance
- Contribute to DevOps strategies , test automation, release management, and deployment validation
- Produce high-quality technical documentation (diagrams, runbooks,...
