Responsibilities
- Ownership towards the architecture of Salesforce
- Assist with the configuration and customization in different Salesforce offerings including Sales Cloud, D&B, Pardot, DocuSign, CPQ and other SFDC products.
- Create profiles, permission set, custom permission & implement security/sharing rules at object, field and record level.
- Design custom objects, custom fields, record type-based page layouts, custom tabs
- Knowledge on custom setting, custom metadata Types and custom labels.
- Create custom reports and dashboards.
- Set up validation rules, approval processes, and workflows.
- Perform manual and/or automated data entry/data clean-up as required.
