I'm working with a tech company who have created their own product which is used by companies globally. They use Salesforce as the centre of their business function and have Sales, Service and Experience Cloud.

The Salesforce Manager will serve as the SME for sales tools and processes, ensuring support across finance, sales, and delivery teams. This role is critical for maintaining operational excellence, driving booking data integrity, and supporting revenue growth through efficient systems and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage opportunity setup, troubleshooting, and provide user guidance.
  • Oversee engagements/elements configuration and issue resolution.
  • Manage Quarter-End Commission processes.
  • Set quotas and ensure accurate calculation.
