Position Summary
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expert will be responsible for optimizing the platform and providing technical expertise to scale digital solutions, email marketing campaigns, and data integration. The resource would work closely with the IT, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that the platform is leveraged to its optimal capabilities
Job Description
- Design, build, and optimize Marketing Cloud Journeys and automation workflows.
- Develop and manage email campaigns, SMS, and push notifications using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Journey Builder.
- Develop and implement responsive, dynamic, and personalized email templates and landing pages
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations with external systems, data sources, and APIs
